Since we can now retrieve various letters(PDF) from DHS rather than generate them ourselves using templates provided by DHS, would it be possible to add the ability to retrieve the Case Details once a case is closed. We have been instructed that we can no longer use the EmpGetCaseDetails method in the production environment, therefore, generating an accurate Case Details is more difficult.
Do not require the user to 'lie' by indicating that the photos match when E-Verify does not return a photo for a document subject to photo matching. If there is no photo available from E-Verify to match to the employee's document, then the photo matching step should be skipped. This should be the case using the E-Verify website as well as Web Services.

E-Verify should publish or work with an association to promote best practices in the use of Web Services as well as the website. An example is that there should only be one open case for an employee at any point in time. It is not unusual for software providers using Web Services to allow multiple open cases for an employee at the same time.
Add a field to the Web Services API for the hiring location to be passed. What's the purpose of adding hiring locations to E-Verify if the API doesn't allow the location to be passed to E-Verify?
The new hover tips are annoying, and when a photo matching dialogue comes up, the hover tip covers up the photo. There should be an option to disable it, or at least only have them appear if a required field is left blank.
