Display Social Security Numbers on reports

When we first started E-Verify, the reports would output the social security number. This was very helpful for checking that we have E-Verified all required employees. I noticed that in some of the descriptions it says "The employer chooses to exercise its legal right to allow the employee to continue to work." Rehire Notification

Can E-Verify notify the user entering a new case if there was previously a case created for the same individual, that is within the 3 year time period with valid IDs? A pop-up notification of a historically verified case would decrease entries into E-Verify without having to search each hire to determine if they are new or old; have a case or not; etc. As a construction company with a high turnover and rehire rate, this... more »

Eliminate List B document options which would not have photo

Paragrah A.6.a. of the MOU provides that if the employee presents a List B document, that employers may only accept List B documents that contain a photo. The E-Verify website Q&A's also states Persons under the age of 18 and adults must provide E-Verify employers with a List B document that includes a photograph. Duplicate Case Problem

Recently a user entered info incorrectly causing a TNC then closed the case with "data entered incorrectly" Then they tried to enter the case with correct info and could not get around the "Duplicate Case" (Both cases entered had the same ssn.)
