We have stores in 3 states. When recently audited by the Dept of Immigration, they only needed an E-Verify Quick Audit Report for one state. If your reports would include the "Employer Case ID" it would be possible for employers to sort the data in Excel and provide info for single states. Would be very helpful during a state audit.
Employer Case ID field should be editable after the case is completed. It has no impact on the results either way but would be helpful in the event of typos or, as with our company, adding Employee ID numbers for employees whose cases are run before receiving their IDs.

On closing a case for a federal contractor that is past the three-day limit (as is always the case for an existing employee), the option "federal contractor verifying an existing employee" is no longer in the dropdown list of options.
We are currently closing fed contractor cases with "Other".
