Employer Case ID field should be editable after the case is completed. It has no impact on the results either way but would be helpful in the event of typos or, as with our company, adding Employee ID numbers for employees whose cases are run before receiving their IDs.
We have stores in 3 states. When recently audited by the Dept of Immigration, they only needed an E-Verify Quick Audit Report for one state. If your reports would include the "Employer Case ID" it would be possible for employers to sort the data in Excel and provide info for single states. Would be very helpful during a state audit.
The TNC letter and the Referral Letter both pre-populate the user's name and, on the Referral Letter, the user's phone number. As we are an Employer Agent who does not interact with the new hire re these letters, we must remove our user's info first before providing the letter to our client, the employer.
The requires valuable time and should be removed.
