New design is great but case verifications are printing on 2 pages.
For the new April 2018 update, it is cutting off the second half of the page when printing. Changing printer properties does not fix this. There should be a way to right click and select "print preview" to fit the results report to one page. The only way to get it all is to copy and paste into word to print.
Also, the new design is tedious and overly complicated in the way that information is entered.
Our (very large) company has its own automated system of tracking expiring work authorization documents, therefore the Work Authorization Docs Expiring alerts is not needed and, in fact, is a lot of extra work for us to have to either 1. sit and manually dismiss EVERY - SINGLE - ALERT one at a time or 2. ignore them completely and have a list of literally THOUSANDS of alerts piling up every day. Employer/Employees E-verify App can get more quickly informations and can check or update in anywhere as example when the employees go to SSA to solve any issues.

When we acquire large contracts, we have to run everify reports on each new employee. I am currently running 3700 employees; a batch option would be awesome!
E-Verify should not prompt the user to indicate that no photo displayed when a Photo Match document is used on Form I-9. E-Verify should already know that no photo exists and not prompt the user at all. Asking users to indicate that no photo displayed will result in users responding incorrectly saying that no photo was displayed when one was.
E-Verify should be hardened to minimize user errors.

I have noticed both with e-verify and online business services name verification that inaccurate data entered is accepted and verified!! We had an employee change her entire name; last name was completely different, first name had a letter taken out of it, and middle initial was deleted. Can we have Users attached to clients so that they can get to access only the cases of those clients that they are attached to?
Currently all users can get to see all cases on the portal.

Students coming from Foriegn Countries are given a Tax Indentification Number that they are using outside the University in place of a Social Security Number. EVerify could Verifity that it's a TIN number Not Valid to use as Employment Authorization. They could fine the Universities $10k or Revoke their ability to issue TIN thru their SEVP program.
