It would be nice to have a report with the employees social and verification date and allow us to export this into a spreadsheet where we can run our internal audits in our company. A spreadsheet in this format will allow me to do a V-lookup on my reports and it will help monitor within our company so that if there was one missed we can immediately take action.

We have 2 different people using e-verify for our company. I would like to be able to run the User Audit Report for the whole company, not just by user. So I can see all I-9 forms processed through e-verify for the entire company.
Who must very with e-verify
After the initial alert and the I9 document has been updated. There should be a place in E-Verify we can update the information and have another update if there is an expiration date on the renewed document. If needed.
I was recently made aware of the changes to the e-verify system that allows ALL general users to see ALL of the same entries as the admin. Why have a "general user" option if they can see the same as an admin? This something that needs to be changed and FAST! No need to change anything
With the new upgrade general users are able to see all the cases for their company, not just their individual entries, this is very problematic and time consuming for companies with multiple locations. It would be more ideal to only be able to view the cases you entered as to hold the proper people accountable for their open cases/ tentative cases/ work document expiring, as opposed to making everyone go through the list ...more »
Once the MOU is created by the agent, the client is requesting to change the contact information to other person. If we are going to update the contact information only Phone no and e-mail address is editable and contact name is grayed out. Please can you enhance the website on this issue.
Is there anyway that can do paperless form I-9 and can update with DHS or Immigrant department at the same time that works with SSN authuority for secure and privacy
Why does the system not ask for the state that issed the identification card and the expiration date when you enter the information? Is E-VERIFY able to cross reference the state's database with out this inforamtion? Seems like anyone who wants a job in the USA just needs to acquire a state issued ID and a fake SSN card.
