This may require development by Ideascale, but it would be helpful for your user community to monitor progress if the date an idea is marked complete was included on the idea's page and in the summary information that is displayed when the Completed tab is clicked.
All USCIS emails I've received lately from USCIS@public.govdelivery.com have two embedded URLs that cannot be found. This causes Outlook to attempt to retrieve them in a modal fashion and lock up Outlook for several minutes. The URLs in question are:
Global Entry and SENTRI cards are used as passport cards at ports of entry. Why are they not recognized by E-verify?
To help users access information regarding E-Verify in the Federal Register, add a link to the Federal Register on the USCIS E-Verify web page.
Since each idea in E-Verify Listens is assigned a number (e.g., Idea#260) it would be helpful to display the number for each idea on the pages that list all ideas in a category as well as in the listing of similar ideas when entering a new idea and in emails. This may make it easier for users to refer to other ideas. This may not be possible since the product being used for E-Verify Listens may be a purchased product... more »

This makes it cumbersome for a user to navigate between the various I-9 Central FAQ pages.... more »

The link to the PDF of E-Verify Connection contained in the email from E-Verify announcing a new newsletter points to the previous newsletter when the email is received. Later, the link does point to the current newsletter. What could be happening is that the name of the PDF file is generic and not unique to the current newsletter. This problem could be easily fixed by using a unique file name for the current newsletter.... more »
Add a topic to E-Verify Listens for Reports. Feedback on the reports should be separated from the E-Verify website since they are also available to agents through the agent website. Agents and employers may have very different needs and uses for the existing reports or ideas for new reports.
The Idea Number displays when a specific idea is viewed, but not when viewing a list of ideas. Please display the Idea Number for each idea in a topic list. This would make it easier to identify duplicate ideas or ideas that are so similar that they should be combined since the user would not need to open each idea individually.
