I-9 Expiring Credentials (Alert)

We would like to receive an email with the I9 Expiring Credentials information 90, 60 or 30 days prior to the expiriration date. What are your thoughts?

Also, if the applicant has an email address on file (your government records), can they too get an alert reminder to renew their credentials?

mismatched names

DHS and SSA should ask employers to post a sign in theirs office that states that the names on their SS card should be the same as the names they put on the form I-9. When jobs hunters fill out their form I-9 for employment, this would save time for both parties and avoid letters bean sent to either parties about mismatch names.

Verifying usage by current e-verify users.

I have downloaded a list of employers from my state (Rhode Island) that have signed on to use E-Verify. How can I know if they are actually using the system, or if this is just a ruse to make people believe they are using it? Perhaps you could expand these lists to include the number of employees entered for verification and the number accepted or rejected. I'm cynical and have every right to be!

More needs to be done

People are still cheating the E-verify and to me it is not fulll proof. I have done a lot of investigations and I know for sure that some immigrants who do not have documents to work here in the United States of America impersonate people who have legit documents and use their information to beat the E-verify. I am ready to submitt proof. The HomeHealth sector is one of the areas.

name mismatch

the name mismatch seems to be a topic that not too many people are giving ideas on. Is it because its too complex. The SSA and USCIS and DHS could create a one month discussion on E Verity Listens on this very important topic. This would reduce letter being sent out when the name does not match the DHS data base on the form I-9

With the white house's heavy focus on helping Vets get employed, they added a tax credit component for any vet who's been unemployed for more than 4 weeks. Everify Posters

Is it possible to put a revision date on the posters so that we can easily track the versions? I manage several hundred locations and it's not always easy to tell the difference when a poster is updated. A date would help.

Please fix emails from USCIS

All USCIS emails I've received lately from USCIS@public.govdelivery.com have two embedded URLs that cannot be found. This causes Outlook to attempt to retrieve them in a modal fashion and lock up Outlook for several minutes. The URLs in question are:

Difficulty meeting the 3 day rule due to the lack of an SSN

When my company hires foreign students, they don't always have an SSN because they are newly arrived to the country. This makes it difficult to initiate a case in E-Verify since they are applying and waiting for SSA to issue them an SSN and a card. It would be great if I could enter the information into E-Verify without the SSN.
