E-Verify Posters

I would like the Right to Work Poster and the E-Verify Participation poster to be redesigned so that they do not incorporate a solid or colored background. It is such a waste of printer ink. Money is tight, and using printer ink for background fill is a waste of resources. Please allow us save our ink for words.

User Manual

The number one complaint I hear from employers who attempt to enroll in E-Verify is how burdensome and time-consumiing the process is. The user manual is 85 plus pages, and takes some employers hours to get through. The manual should be edited and condensed. Email Notices-Corp Administrator

When a tutorial is going to be required by e-verify Corp Admin, Prog Administrators, or General Users a friendly notice in advance to Corp Administrators would be VERY helpful. Then we could notify those individuals who would have productivity slowed by having to take the tutorial before a case could be entered.

Validation of e-verify users

As part of the account set up process, e-verify should begin to have a process where they validate who the users are that are given access to the system. ie. is this the right NAICS code, is this the right POC information, is the company size being listed properly, is their company profile information standardized across the system etc.

Company Profile Certificate

As a Contractor to the Federal Government, we are requested to submit a Company Profile from E-Verify. It would be nice to have a one page Company Profile Certificate that we could print and submit with our proposal. Currently we are printing the MOU about 13 pages and is out dated. Additional User Roles

Being in the retail field, our company structure is such that there are district and regional personnel that need to have access to multiple hiring locations. Currently this requires multiple Program Administrator accounts to be set up and tutorials waived. Setup for multiple subsidiaries needs to be easier

I think the setup for multiple subsidiaries should be easier. In a small company, it's usually one person who maintains the account(s). A person should be able to hold both corporate and program administrator rights. As it is not, it seem inefficient and makes the setup more difficult.
