After closing a case, the Case Details page that prints says "Page 1 of 1", but prints on 2 pages. Printing one extra page for each E-Verify case quickly increases printing costs. Please reorganize the Case Details page to print to a smaller area, or remove the blank information fields.
When a tutorial is required because of changes, it would be great if upon logging into E-Verify that it would tell us that the next time we log in we will need to take the tutorial before being able to use E-Verify. That way we know we have to allow time for that the next time.
This website should be linked to the home page of E-verify. i.e. while in e-verify and a user sees something they should be able to click a link to submit a new idea right there. They should also use the same user name a password to keep it easy to use.
E-verify needs to update their screens to better follow the new I-9 form. With the new form being on 2 pages, it is inconvenient to have to constantly flip from page one to page two, back and forth while completing the E-verify. Especially since we print the I-9s double-sided.
Would love to have where you just type in the numbers instead of using the drop down method. I find it easier & quicker to type in the number than use the drop down boxes.
The TNC letter and the Referral Letter both pre-populate the user's name and, on the Referral Letter, the user's phone number. As we are an Employer Agent who does not interact with the new hire re these letters, we must remove our user's info first before providing the letter to our client, the employer.
The requires valuable time and should be removed.
USCIS has said that over 1,500 new employers register for an E-Verify MOU every week. The Employer Search Tool has not been updated since Dec. 15, 2012 four months ago. This means that there are at least 24,000 employers that are not on the list. This information would be far more useful if it were updated monthly.
Also, it would be helpful if the NAICS Title were added to the list of employer information.
I use the number pad and tab key when entering, it would be so much easier and quicker to Type the numerical number for the month versus typing the letters, or using the scroll feature. So instead of having MAY, just type 05 and May would highlight
When in the "Enter Form I-9 Information" section of the E-Verify process, it would be SO HELPFUL if the Date of Birth, Document Expiration Date and the Hire Date were in mm/dd/yyyy format, as it is on the I9 form. It is easier than converting the numbers from the I9 for the month, to the actual word for that month. Seems simple, but it would be amazing if you could change that!
Currently, the last login date shown on the E-Verify website is the actually the user's current login. This doesn't make any sense because the user has no way of knowing when their more recent previous login was. Therefore, the user can't tell if their account has been compromised with someone else logging into the user's account. Since the user must login to see their last login date, the user can never determine if ...more »
Not sure if I am the only one, but I process E-Verifies for multiple companies. I have to be on my toes in order to guarantee that I have logged onto the correct companies account. If E-Verify could list the companies name any where on the website it would help significantly.
Can the watermark be removed from Poster M-780 so it no longer says "Sample Only" so we can post this notice without the watermark?
When job hunters go for an interview at a company there should be a sign posted that the company is a user of E Verify the employee would then know that they should put their social security number on the form 1-9
If you are a company in which you have multiple employing entities that you oversee and you have to create separate E-Verify accounts for them, it is difficult to know which log in is for which company. It would be helpful if when you log in it says the company name on the account in the upper corner where it says the user name, etc. Otherwise it can be hard to remember which account you are logged into.
It is impossible to enter the date of birth of date 22. When you type 22, 21 will always fill first. Continuing to use the 2, toggles the date forward. I have to resubmit an e-verify 50% of the time when there is a date of birth of 22. I think I have entered the date correctly, but the system puts a 1 in the field rather than a 2.
