The new hover tips are annoying, and when a photo matching dialogue comes up, the hover tip covers up the photo. There should be an option to disable it, or at least only have them appear if a required field is left blank.
Would love to see myE-Verify (e.g. Self Lock, Self Check, and myResources) offered as a web service for Employer Agents Using Web Services to offer to applicants in hiring software.

E-Verify should add a report that would show the percentage of cases per specific document presented by list. For example, the number of cases per each specific List A, List B (RIDE document by state), and List C.
Please make Authorized Cases resolve automatically.
Update the Web Services interface to capture the state in which the employee is hired. This information should be included in reports and users should be allowed to filter reports by state. This would improve the usefulness of the Quick Audit Report when an employer's has a MOU covering more than one state.
Currently, if I enter an employee as an Alien Authorized to Work with a Foreign passport with Arrival/Departure Record (Form I-94), the radio button defaults to Alien Number instead of I-94 Number. This is one extra annoying step that seems counterintuitive to selecting Passport/I-94 in the first place, since most of our employees who have an Alien Number are providing an EAD.
Add a field to the Web Services API for the hiring location to be passed. What's the purpose of adding hiring locations to E-Verify if the API doesn't allow the location to be passed to E-Verify?
Would like WebServices to include adding/creating employer cases as well as managing the MOU process. This would automate the employer registration process for Employer Agents using Web Services, and reduce the need to manage that from the E-Verify portal.
Add a category for Web Services ideas.
I think there should be Webservice call that you are able to Delete a Case no matter what status the Case is currently in.
Update the Web Services interface to include the name of the user actually processing the case. In most cases, this will be an employer's employee using an electronic Form I-9/E-Verify system. Today, the employer agent contact is the user for cases processed via Web Services.
