Verification process stated mortgage but I have none, so I'm wondering if that's a trick question or should I be concerned and check the other credit bureaus as the question stated that I had a mortgage
To help streamline the TNC process (as proposed by USCIS), post links in myE-Verify to TNC documents for an open E-Verify case. The links should remain available for some period of time such as until the case is closed. Only links to TNC documents for the employee's most recent case should be presented.
Add a logo to display in the browser tab of the myE-Verify website. Today, it is simply the default graphic, which is a cornered piece of paper using the Chrome browser.
On the Self Lock page in myE-Verify, make the following cosmetic changes.
1. The comma after the first name should be removed or the name should be displayed as (last name), (first name).
2. There should be no space before the colon for the Social Security number (SSN) field.
3. There should be no space before the colon for the Date of Birth field.
Remove the vertical line between the Login and Create An Account buttons on all of the myE-Verify pages on the public E-Verify website, which is also used when clicking the About myE-Verify option after logging in to myE-Verify. This may be a hold over from the before these options were buttons.
Use myE-Verify to post links the proposed FNC documents and keep the links active for some period of time.
Sample page titles:
Self Check : myE-Verify: Welcome to myEVerify Accounts
Self Check : myE-Verify: Account... more »
On the My E-Verify Site - when you "Create Account" -after you do the self-check and receive "Work Authorized" status you should be given a message that says you are not eligible for My E-Verify or SSN Self Lock in your state at this time. Instead the site sends you back to "Create Account".
Only 5 states are currently eligible for SSN Lock. This should be prioritized for all states.
When accessing Self Check from myE-Verify the user has no button to return to myE-Verify. This may be because myE-Verify is only linking to Self Check. However, this is an unacceptable user interface and should be addressed by providing a return or cancel button on the Self Check menu when Self Check is accessed from myE-Verify.
When entering the SSN in myE-Verify to request a Case History report the cursor should automatically skip to the next field when the required number of digits are entered by the user. There is really no value is having three fields (xxx-xx-xxxx) if the user is required to click to enter each field. If this is not corrected, then a single field for the SSN (with our without dashes) should be provided.
