Please consider adding a date of birth field to both case audit reports. This piece of data is required for entry, from Section 1, of the I-9 form. There should be an open case report available to allow a user to identify any cases that need to be processed or closed. This is especially true for Web Services users because there are situations where E-Verify does not return a case number when a create case request is submitted. Any company that sub-contract should be acountable for the sub-contractor's employees E-Verify. Its so easy to give someone else the responsability for illegal workers. Automakers benefit from that, once sub-contractors are forced to low on projects once they hire B1 Visa work force in the USA.
We have 2 different people using e-verify for our company. I would like to be able to run the User Audit Report for the whole company, not just by user. So I can see all I-9 forms processed through e-verify for the entire company.
For the new April 2018 update, it is cutting off the second half of the page when printing. Changing printer properties does not fix this. There should be a way to right click and select "print preview" to fit the results report to one page. The only way to get it all is to copy and paste into word to print.
Also, the new design is tedious and overly complicated in the way that information is entered.
Expiring Documents- What happened to this report why im not able to sort by expiration date of documents any more???. Is there a way to bring it back? also im not able to print all the pages nor export them.
It would be nice to have a report with the employees social and verification date and allow us to export this into a spreadsheet where we can run our internal audits in our company. A spreadsheet in this format will allow me to do a V-lookup on my reports and it will help monitor within our company so that if there was one missed we can immediately take action.
We have a suggestion to USCIS: to create a reader for employers to get all employees informations through they ID's because it will be reducing any errors/mistake when they to fill the forms and the USCIS and Employers have more accurate data and agility in this process.
Would like an additional option for when their is a Data Entry Error in the Tentative Nonconfirmation Section:
A. If John chooses to take action to resolve this case.
B. If John chooses not to take action to resolve this case.
C. Data Entry Error - Would you like the option to fix the case or close the case?
