Display Social Security Numbers on reports

When we first started E-Verify, the reports would output the social security number. This was very helpful for checking that we have E-Verified all required employees. Now it only displays the last 4 digits so I have a manual process to see if my employees have been done because many people have the same last 4 digits. Can E-Verify notify the user entering a new case if there was previously a case created for the same individual, that is within the 3 year time period with valid IDs? I clicked on the ? to get assistance w/determining a Case Closure Statement. I noticed that in some of the descriptions it says "The employer chooses to exercise its legal right to allow the employee to continue to work." Include Employer Case ID in Reports

We have stores in 3 states. When recently audited by the Dept of Immigration, they only needed an E-Verify Quick Audit Report for one state. If your reports would include the "Employer Case ID" it would be possible for employers to sort the data in Excel and provide info for single states. Would be very helpful during a state audit.

Since we can now retrieve various letters(PDF) from DHS rather than generate them ourselves using templates provided by DHS, would it be possible to add the ability to retrieve the Case Details once a case is closed. We have been instructed that we can no longer use the EmpGetCaseDetails method in the production environment, therefore, generating an accurate Case Details is more difficult.

Eliminate List B document options which would not have photo

Paragrah A.6.a. of the MOU provides that if the employee presents a List B document, that employers may only accept List B documents that contain a photo. The E-Verify website Q&A's also states Persons under the age of 18 and adults must provide E-Verify employers with a List B document that includes a photograph. Duplicate Case Problem

Recently a user entered info incorrectly causing a TNC then closed the case with "data entered incorrectly" Then they tried to enter the case with correct info and could not get around the "Duplicate Case" (Both cases entered had the same ssn.) To help facilitate printing and document storage of closed E-Verify cases, the E-Verify website should generate a one page PDF on demand for any closed E-Verify case. Employer Case ID

Employer Case ID field should be editable after the case is completed. It has no impact on the results either way but would be helpful in the event of typos or, as with our company, adding Employee ID numbers for employees whose cases are run before receiving their IDs.

Case Closure Options: "Federal Contractor" missing after update

We are an Employer Agent.

 

Since the last site update...

 

On closing a case for a federal contractor that is past the three-day limit (as is always the case for an existing employee), the option "federal contractor verifying an existing employee" is no longer in the dropdown list of options.

 

We are currently closing fed contractor cases with "Other".
