Interface Control Agreement Document Changes

When a new version of the Interface Control Agreement is published it would be helpful if change/revision bars were used to indicate what has changed between versions.

 

The new functionality is easy to spot, but clarification of older functionality is sometimes inserted and is not easily spotted within the document.

Electronic signatures on TNC documents

Since 2005 employer agents with an electronic I-9 product have been allowed to use electronic signatures on TNC documents. Having E-Verify provide the TNC document PDFs without electronic signatures is a problem since the employer agents software will now need to figure out how to apply the electronic signatures. DHS and USCIS have the right to chose what document is right for verifying the employment of workers in the US. This card it not one of them.

Case Management

TNC notice layout is confusing

We have many employees whose primary language is not English, and they are often confused because the headings for the TNC information are under the information described (name appears ABOVE "Employee's Last Name, First Name"). They are also confused by A-Number when it is left blank (because they don't have one)--is it possible to add "not applicable" instead of leaving it blank?
