Remove Username from Letters

The TNC letter and the Referral Letter both pre-populate the user's name and, on the Referral Letter, the user's phone number. As we are an Employer Agent who does not interact with the new hire re these letters, we must remove our user's info first before providing the letter to our client, the employer.

The requires valuable time and should be removed.

Include Employer Case ID in Reports

We have stores in 3 states. When recently audited by the Dept of Immigration, they only needed an E-Verify Quick Audit Report for one state. If your reports would include the "Employer Case ID" it would be possible for employers to sort the data in Excel and provide info for single states. Would be very helpful during a state audit.

FAN Instructions Confusing for EA Clients

The `employer instructions` in the Further Action Notice are confusing for the clients of Employer Agents. Specifically, instruction #5, which instructs the employer to log in to update the employee's case. Of course, they do not do that... we do.

The FAN employer instructions should be reworded to accommodate EA clients.

The current bulk upload method still requires a file of locations to be created for each employer and then manually submitted via the E-Verify employer or employer agent website. This approach is an unnecessary burden on large, decentralized employers and especially ...more »

Enrollment and Getting Started

Automated Batch Enrollment Process

Please provide a batch enrollment process for employer agents with resellers/customers (e.g., HR/payroll providers) that provide services to small employers. The process should allow for hundreds, or more, of employers to be implemented every week/month. One thought is to allow the agent to act on behalf of the employer. This could be done by requiring the agent/reseller/customer to include language in their agreement ...more »

Allow Email Notifications

With the automation of e-verify from HR systems directly to the E-Verify website, it would be helpful to have notifications of cases sent via an automated email. This would help in identifying cases that need additional attention in a more timely manner.

Clarify E-Verify Access Methods vs. User Roles

The E-Verify public website describes 4 E-Verify access methods in the Web Services area. However, the description (see below) categorizes user roles as access methods. There are really only two E-Verify access methods. 1. E-Verify website - this method allows an authorized user to process cases, manage users, and obtain reports based on the user's role. As described below; A. Employer Access - role that allows the ...more »
