Guidance on hire/employment date

There is still confusion on what employment/hire date means relative to Form I-9. Guidance should be provided to clarify that an employee is considered hired when an offer of employment is made and accepted and the Form I-9 is completed. E-Verify Training and Guidance

Provide Tutorials for Employer Agents to Test Users

Users of employer agent electronic Form I-9/E-Verify systems do not have access to E-Verify tutorials. E-Verify should provide access to the tutorials to employer agents so the agents can incorporate the tutorials into their products and require users to properly complete them before being allowed to process E-Verify cases.
