The number one complaint I hear from employers who attempt to enroll in E-Verify is how burdensome and time-consumiing the process is. The user manual is 85 plus pages, and takes some employers hours to get through. The manual should be edited and condensed. As part of the account set up process, e-verify should begin to have a process where they validate who the users are that are given access to the system. ie. is this the right NAICS code, is this the right POC information, is the company size being listed properly, is their company profile information standardized across the system etc.
We have multi-sites and users transfer and separate regularly. Currently, there is no way to export a list of active users to cross check against employment records. Rather, I must work from screen to screen, with no ability to match names or locations to an excel file. I would like a report that exports all active users with their location and email.
No information is currently displayed under the Votes tab for an idea. Display the users and their votes to provide transparency and hold users accountable for their votes.
