E-Verify should automate the TNC notification process to eliminate the manual steps. 100% of my TNC's resolve successfully - often within a few hours. It takes me longer to reachout to the employee, explain what's happened and provide the necessary documents. I would want to believe that the reason why the USCIS established the E-verify is to prevent people who are not authorize to work here in the USA from doing so. Whoever dreamt of the ideal had good intentions but lacked the full-proof means of preventing the unauthorized from doing so. Why is there the need to have the employees include thier addresses? We will have this information on file for a new hire. Also, it is not entered in E-VErify and in trying to create error free paperwork it would be great to elminate this field all together.
Seems to me that with E Verify you could hold all businessmen accountable for failure to use your system. In addition, why not do a compare of all names with both Social Security and IRS records to ensure EVerify names and SS numbers match.

E-Verify is part of Discrimination Policy against Immigrants which strengthen employers to Exploitation. If it is honest the purpose of E-Verify should apply to every single employee by every employer. After all Corporations/employers Dictate Policies & Laws.

The new hover tips are annoying, and when a photo matching dialogue comes up, the hover tip covers up the photo. There should be an option to disable it, or at least only have them appear if a required field is left blank.
For mandatory tutorials for updates only, it would be useful to have a one-time skip option for users. I understand that USCIS/DHS need to roll out updates on weekends for time to test and verify that the update went through during low/slow volume periods. I am to understand E-Verify checks the Social Security System to make sure the Social Security Card is a match to the person on the I-9. Put in the students like you would a regular person. Have a selection for submitting for SSN. Since the SSN is attached to E-Verify, once the student applies it should update the status to applied. Once the SSN is approved it should update the status to approved and then you are notified and you can finish doing your regular questions and print.
The resetting of the password at the Everify website is quite cumbersome. I would appreciate it if you would simplify the password rules as it can take 4-5 tries everytime the password is changed.
