the way that I would access E-Verify on my smartphone could be if USCIS apps has a secure login on like the one on the computer site that mean no other person would be able to access it but myself
You could use mobile e-verify to check your status on line and send or receive emails or text messages to or from DHS about your employment eligibility.

on Tuesday may 7 2013 I took part in the USCIS session about the new 1-9 form. it seen that a lot of employor are in the dark about when they should use the 1-9 form. USCIS should hold a couple more sessions on the way the form should be used.

The work authorization docs alert notifies of document form I-766 has an expiring date. When you get that alert notice, you have to fill out the section 3 on your form I-9. I think that extra time, for example 6 weeks, should be allowed to fill out section 3 of form I-9 just in case the alert was deleted by mistake.

the name mismatch seems to be a topic that not too many people are giving ideas on. Is it because its too complex. The SSA and USCIS and DHS could create a one month discussion on E Verity Listens on this very important topic. This would reduce letter being sent out when the name does not match the DHS data base on the form I-9
