DHS and USCIS have the right to chose what document is right for verifying the employment of workers in the US. This card it not one of them.
With the new apps that e-verify is developing an eprint tool could be added to the app from the mobile phone or tablet and the user would have to use a security question before any printing could be done plus their login to the website
E-Verify could implement an alert apps on mobile phones this could help the people who do not have a computer and it would provide more security for the people who have to use a public use computer. Every one has a mobile phone this would help when E-Verify sends out important letters or emails.
DHS and E-Verify have made changes to the TNC emails. This is good for employers and employee. When verifying employment status there is now a given time to respond to the TNC when the records do not match there data base or if your SSN is not updated and needs to be done eg a different name.
Presenting your ID to an employer as proof that you are permit to work in the united state is good it prove that DHS and USCIS agencies is working to make Immigration system better by letting the employer verify the status of the employee whit USCIS for social security and income tax payment from the employee pay
minors should able to fill out their own employment verification eligibility form 1-9 once the form is signed by a perparer or a translor in certification block of the form 1-9
I think E Verify should crate a security code number for all applicant filling out form 1-9 employment verification eligibility this would help avoid others who try to steal others identify on their tax return
US Custom and Border Protection is collection data on the entering and leaving of applicant with form I-94 admission on form I-9 this could help employee from Canada and mexico check their verification of identity and employment authorization in their own country
DHS and SSA should ask employers to post a sign in theirs office that states that the names on their SS card should be the same as the names they put on the form I-9. When jobs hunters fill out their form I-9 for employment, this would save time for both parties and avoid letters bean sent to either parties about mismatch names.
