Since the last site update...
On closing a case for a federal contractor that is past the three-day limit (as is always the case for an existing employee), the option "federal contractor verifying an existing employee" is no longer in the dropdown list of options.
We are currently closing fed contractor cases with "Other".
The `employer instructions` in the Further Action Notice are confusing for the clients of Employer Agents. Specifically, instruction #5, which instructs the employer to log in to update the employee's case. Of course, they do not do that... we do.
The FAN employer instructions should be reworded to accommodate EA clients.
The TNC letter and the Referral Letter both pre-populate the user's name and, on the Referral Letter, the user's phone number. As we are an Employer Agent who does not interact with the new hire re these letters, we must remove our user's info first before providing the letter to our client, the employer.
The requires valuable time and should be removed.
